UV radiation is very dangerous for your eyes, days with bright sunlight bring most danger and can make disastrous effect on your eyes. Try to save them for many next years, you will need them. So, check UV markings on your glasses. Look for UV-A, UV-B or UV-C info, if you can’t find such information, don’t even think about buying them. Best possible results can be achieved by using UV 400 filter, this means 100% filtering of all UV frequencies that can make damage to inside of your eye – this of course includes all UV types, A, B and C together. So, to be short – look for sunglasses with UV 400 markings.
