As we can see, tout Italy was presented during this special occasion. One of the most acclaimed designs were those of Gucci (in the picture above). Frida Giannini, the firm’s head designer chooses the most luxurious materials in bright colors to endow the woman of a femininity and an aura of ‘lady’ trying to send this message: ‘ the crisis has ended and it is necessary to demonstrate it in the streets ‘.
On the other hand, Miuccia Prada reinvents the ‘animal print ‘ with a collection of worn out designs in ‘pailletes’ scaled that simulate the marine fauna; also the leather serpent print is left to draw in an orchestrated line of high leg boots. Mixture of color and new compositions for the designs.
Dolce & Gabbana turn once again back in times and use the typical gown of the gangsters, endowing the woman of an androgin air who takes form in suits with trousers, jackets with enormous lapels and masculine jackets. As a balance, dressed drapers full of transparencies and sheen, much of shine. The shoes, almost all flat with cords.
