Kate Middleton’s wedding dress

Kate-Middleton

Probably the best kept secret at this moment, a few days from the royal wedding between Prince William of England and Miss Catherine Middlenton, is about the bride’s wedding dress. Maintaining this secret has become a tradition, since for the wedding of William’s parents, almost 30 years ago, Princess Diana dress was not shown to the public until the last moment (when she left her residence in route to Westminster Abbey). It seems that keeping the secret is good for the show, for every British royal wedding is an event followed worldwide (media of almost every country, from any corner of the planet have been commenting different aspects of the ceremony and its preparation).
Several theories or hypothesis have been divulged, tough:
One of them is that Miss Middlenton herself would have designed the dress. It is based in the fact that the bride work for a short period for a fashion firm and that has an interest in fashion. It seems hard to believe, though, that in such a serious occasion, a woman would trust in her design abilities instead of turning to a famous designer for help.
A second theory points at Sophie Cranston, the owner of small firm Libelula, as the chosen designer for the dress. The reason is that Kate has wore several of Ms. Cranston’s designs in the past.
Others think that Sarah Burton, creative director for Alexander McQueen would be the chosen.
There are even theories about Miss Middlenton ordering up to 3 different dress, just to cause confusion, to either British designers Jasper Conran and Bruce Oldfield.
What would be your bet? a design of her own or of a particular designer?
